Grandma’s Business Lesson
When I was 11 years old, I learned my greatest business lesson and I believe I will remember it all my days. I didn’t know what it was at the time and really didn’t understand it until I was in my thirties but it is a strong one and has colored my belief in how to manage people ever since.
